I know it might not seem that way at first glance, but I did a lot of research about the best places in India and Bangalore to buy engagement rings and I went to most of them in person. I have to say that Varniya was the best one both when it comes to the design and quality of their jewelry, as well as the service they provided. I only had between 2-3 weeks in Bangalore and the team at Varniya was able to turn things around very quickly. The design process was very transparent, I had a chance to provide some feedback and smaller requests before the manufacturing, and Varun was great about advising me and telling me what we should and shouldn't do so that the ring looks great and can last for a long time. Choosing A Diamond
Grown diamonds are assessed by independent gemological organizations on the same 4Cs that apply to mined diamonds: Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat Weight.
These factors determine the quality of a diamond, and just like their natural counterparts, lab diamonds can range from poor to superlative quality. They are not universally perfect or flawless.
These grown diamonds undergo the same certification and grading process as natural diamonds. Reputable laboratories, such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute), provide certification that includes details about the diamond's quality, origin, and authenticity.
For lab grown diamonds there are 2 processes of growing diamonds, that includes the process of HPHT & CVD. There is a debate on which is better but at Varniya we optimize for the beauty of the diamonds rather an anything else, but we have a simple rule, VVS2 and below diamonds are CVD process whereas VVS1 & IF are processed via HPHT.
