Returns, Exchange and Buyback Policy

3 day Return Policy is extended to all products purchased from our website!

The product must be returned with its original packaging, in a sellable condition with no scratches, wear, damage, or alteration, accompanied by all certificates and the invoice copy of the product.

100% of the invoice value is provided, up to ₹. 500,000, minus GST, an admin and restocking charge as follows:

❖ For products valued up to ₹. 100,000, a charge of ₹. 5,000 will be deducted. This ₹. 5,000 shall be offered as a credit towards your next purchase that may fall within 3 months

❖ For products valued above ₹. 100,001, a charge of ₹. 10,000 will be deducted. The ₹. 10,000 shall be offered as a credit towards your next purchase that may fall within 3 months

❖ If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.

❖ For products that are deemed damaged by customer that's not a manufacturing error, the Return value shall be determined per VARNIYA's Buyback Policy, where GST & Making Charges are deducted and other values are per the policy.

Return Procedure
If you wish to avail the 3-day money-back policy:

❖ Inform our customer care team via email at hello@varniya.com within 3 days from the date of the product delivery!

❖ You should also call our customer care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same

❖ All refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment

❖ Custom Orders and Bespoke orders not listed on the website are not eligible for the Return policy except in the case of damages, where the order will be repaired and replaced.

Terms and Conditions for Echange & Buyback:

❖ Value Calculation:

Gold Value	100% of Market Price	80% of Market Price
Round Diamonds & Round Solitaires	80% of Market Price	70% of Market Price
Fancy Diamonds & Fancy Solitaires	70% of Market Price. Requests for upgrade of non-round shapes will be done on a best effort basis.	Any buyback requests for non-round shapes will be done on a best effort basis. Fancy shapes may not be in demand.
GST, Discounts & Offers	Exchange value e-vouchers can be applied to orders without discounts or offers. The new purchase value must be higher than total Exchange Value. Excludes GST.	GST, any discounts, making charges, certification fees, and offers availed will be deducted from the payment

Note: Acceptance of the products is subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department. Also please see policy for ineligible products below

❖ Requirements: To avail of our Exchange or Buyback policy, you will need the original product, original/copy of the invoice, product certificate (if any), and a valid government ID proof.

❖ Custom Orders or bespoke orders that were not listed on the website are not eligible for the Exchange & Buyback policy except in the case of damages, where the order will be repaired and replaced. Any requests will be done on a best effort basis. Custom orders have challenges for products that include specific Diamond Shapes that may not be in demand.

❖ Logistic Fee: An additional logistic fee of ₹. 1,500/- will be deducted while determining the buyback value.

❖ Payment Method: Refunds are only offered to the buyers bank details, through NEFT/RTGS. Payment is offered to the person who purchased the product along with the necessary documentation.

❖ Processing Time: Refunds and payments under the Buyback scheme will be made within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.

Request Process:

To initiate a return under the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback Policy at Varniya, please follow these steps:

❖ Email us at hello@varniya.com, requesting an Exchange or Buyback.

❖ Call our Customer Care to confirm when the package is ready with all the required documents for re-shipment.

Varniya reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
