Upgrade and Buyback Policy

Terms and Conditions for Exchange &  Buyback:

❖  Value Calculation:

Note: Acceptance of the products is subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department. Also please see policy for ineligible products below

❖  Requirements: To avail of our Exchange or Buyback policy, you will need the original product, original/copy of the invoice, product certificate (if any), and a valid government ID proof.

❖ Custom Orders or bespoke orders that were not listed on the website are not eligible for the Exchange & Buyback policy except in the case of damages, where the order will be repaired and replaced. Any requests will be done on a best effort basis.

❖  Logistic Fee: An additional logistic fee of ₹. 1,500/- will be deducted while determining the buyback value.

❖  Payment Method: Refunds are only offered to the buyers bank details, through NEFT/RTGS. Payment is offered to the person who purchased the product along with the necessary documentation.

❖  Processing Time: Refunds and payments under the Buyback scheme will be made within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.

Request Process:

To initiate a return under the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback Policy at Varniya, please follow these steps:

❖  Email us at hello@varniya.com, requesting an Exchange or Buyback.

❖  Call our Customer Care to confirm when the package is ready with all the required documents for re-shipment.

Varniya reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
