Processing Time
Once you have made an advance payment for your order, please allow up to 14 business days for us to custom make your jewellery, conduct a quality check, and obtain necessary certifications before shipping. This processing time is necessary to ensure that your jewellery meets our high standards for craftsmanship and quality.
Shipping Methods
Our products are delivered between 3 & 7 days. We only use reliable shipping partners such as Sequel Logistics or BVC to transport your valuable jewellery. Your order will be transported in armoured trucks once picked up from our manufacturing facility, ensuring that it is safe and secure during transit.
Delivery Requirements - Very Important
For security reasons, we require that your order be delivered only to the person listed on the shipping label. This person must be available to collect the item upon delivery, and the courier will have to view an ID proof to validate this. While this may be inconvenient, it is necessary to protect your order from theft or fraud.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, please inform our experts as soon as possible. Any cancellation post order will carry a 5% fee to cover the cost of processing and administration. Please note that once your order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
