Refund policy
All products are custom crafted. All products come with Lifetime Warranty, any manufacturing defects and repairs will be made.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the resolution, we offer a 3 day Return Policy on all products purchased from our website. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in a sellable condition with no scratches, wear, damage, or alteration, accompanied by all certificates and the invoice copy of the product.
On inspection, a refund of 100% of the invoice value is provided , up to INR 500,000, minus an admin and restocking charge as follows:
- For products valued upto Rs. 100,000, a processing fee of Rs. 5,000 will be offered as a credit towards your next purchase that may fall within 3 months
- For products valued above Rs. 100,001, a charge of Rs. 10,000 will be deducted, and a Rs. 10,000 e-voucher will be provided to the customer to use within 3 months
The money-back amount will be 100% of the invoice amount paid. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.
If you wish to return a product under the 3-day money-back policy, you must email our customer care team at hello@varniya.com within 3 days from the date of the product invoice. You should also call our customer care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.
All Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
